The great Kevan Hall presented his spring 2010 collection for last week for L.A Fashion Week at Universal Studios. In it are some of his best designs yet, very feminine, classic looks with asymmetrical lines, structured skirts, sherbet hues and lush fabrics. This is a collection that is ladylike and well worthy of a second look.
