Why Didn't Desiree Rogers and Valerie Jarrett not make the Vanity Fair Best Dressed List? The two White House staffers have made a critical impact on the Obama administration and Chocolate Fashionistas everywhere. (Personally there's a few people I think who should have been kept off the list.) The two were featured on the cover of Capitol Life magazine after all, and Rogers also made an appearance on the cover of the Wall Street Journal's fashion magazine. Hmmm....Click here to read more:
