Beauty: China Glaze's Neon Turquoise

 As a former manicurist and certified polish freak, I love changing my nail color as much as much as I change earrings...And that's every day. I grabbed this color Turned Up Turquoise by China Glaze from a local beauty supply to spruce up my spring pedicure, but this is my first time wearing in on my nails...It's more a aqua-turquoise but looks sort of Tiffany blueish in the picture. What do you think?
