Super producer Timbaland celebrated his birthday at Drai's nightclub in Hollywood. But which one of his R&B diva guests rocked the best look? Brandy opted for a short mini-dress with a wide belt and heels, while Ciara went Ohio Player skintight in a sleek pair of leather leggings with a sexy chiffon top.
